First, take out LDRC LD18401 tie rod you purchased, and select only the two shortest ones with half-round from the eight tie rod. (these two front drive shafts that I circle)
Take out the shock double-ended screws, and use a tool to clamp the LDRC LD18401 shock ball end and the screw tightly. (The ball end and the semicircular part of LDRC LD18401 tie rod should be on the same side; be careful not to install them backwards.)
Fasten the ball head screw onto LDRC LD18401 tie rod. Firmly hold both the screw and your tool throughout tightening to avoid dropping the component during assembly.
This completes the installation of the tie rod for the LDRC LD18401.
The stock linkage is made of plastic, so I recommend upgrading to a reinforced front axle assembly.
