If you want to try charging it try charging it with 0.1a current, lithium can be activated with 3 normal charges and discharges.

Shorter battery life may be caused by battery aging and loss of capacity. Prolonged use or improper charging may accelerate battery aging.

Will a lithium battery that hasn’t been used in years still work for jjrc c8812 rc car?
Packing things found two batteries, remembered to buy at least 8 years, and then there are at least 5, 6 years put there have not been used.

Just buy a car shell and avoid PVC directly, it will melt in the heat if you mess with it. This stuff is industrial trash when used in RC shells.
