When the battery is not used for a long time, it is recommended to store the battery in a cool and dry place after it is fully charged and charge/discharge the battery regularly (e.g. every three months) to keep the battery active and prolong its service life.
Also, avoid direct contact between the battery and metal objects to prevent short circuit.
